Help us investigate the behavior of NK cells.
These immune cells play a crucial role in defending against viruses and fighting tumors. They can identify and target dangerous cells, preventing the spread of infections and cancer.
Tumor cells arise when cells in the body start dividing uncontrollably. These cells can damage surrounding tissue and spread throughout the body, making their detection and elimination by the immune system vital.
The goal of the project is to identify the moments when the NK cell attaches to the tumor cell, detaches, and when the tumor cell eventually dies.
